Fast Domestic Shipping

At Essential Hoodies, we aim to process and ship your order from our U.S. warehouses within 1-3 business days once your order is verified. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time within the United States is typically 5-10 business days. However, during holidays or special promotions, this timeframe may vary. We offer standard shipping (5-10 business days) on all domestic orders within the USA.

To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with leading carriers such as DHL, USPS, and UPS. You’ll be notified of the estimated delivery date during checkout. Additionally, once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, we offer UPS International Shipping, with real-time shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10-15 business days, depending on your location.

Please be aware that import/customs fees may apply, and Essential Hoodies is not responsible for any delays, additional fees, customs processing times, or incorrect shipping information provided once the package has exited the United States.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment so you can track their progress.

Lost Package

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Essential Hoodies is not liable for any misplaced packages.
