Return Policy

For U.S. Orders Only:

At Essential Hoodies, we offer returns on most products for U.S. customers within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot process a refund or exchange.

A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personal care items (such as soaps and face masks), intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials (such as condoms), and digital or e-gift cards.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@essentialhoodie.store. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return label. Be sure to include the reason for your return and your order number in your email.

After preparing your return, you can drop it off at your local post office. Returns should be sent to our warehouse in Virginia. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

International Returns:

We accept returns from international customers, but you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. To start the return process, contact us at support@essentialhoodie.store and we will provide an unpaid return label if your request is approved.

Exchanges (U.S. Only):

We offer exchanges on different sizes of the same item purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different style, a new order must be placed. There are no shipping or restocking fees for exchanges.

International Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within 2-7 business days after receiving our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Missing Items:

Please thoroughly inspect your package and packing materials. If you believe an item is missing, contact us within 14 days at support@essentialhoodie.store, including photos of the shipping label, the box, and a brief description of the situation along with your order number.

Lost Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the tracking indicates successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@essentialhoodie.store.

Order Cancellations and Amendments:

Our warehouse processes orders quickly. If your order is placed on a weekday, we may not be able to cancel or modify it once it’s placed. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, you may be able to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order.
