To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Product: Choose the item you wish to purchase and click “ADD TO CART.”
  2. Review Your Cart: You can continue shopping or view and modify the items in your cart by clicking “EDIT BAG.”
  3. Proceed to Checkout: When ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  4. Checkout Options: At checkout, you can:
    • Log into Your Account
    • Create a New Account
    • Checkout as a Guest

We aim to process all domestic orders within 1-3 business days from when you place your order and once your payment has been confirmed. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or US Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery times depend on our carriers (USPS and DHL) and may be affected by weather conditions.
  • During peak seasons like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, processing times may be longer due to high demand.

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the provided delivery estimates. International orders are categorized as those placed outside the US.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.

If your order takes longer than expected, please email us at support@essentialhoodie.store.

If a product is sold out, you can sign up for notifications to be informed when it becomes available again. Look for the “Notify Me When Available” option on the product page, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a notification once the item is back in stock.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@essentialhoodie.store for information on restock dates or to inquire about similar products. We recommend checking our website regularly for updates on product availability.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted. If you entered an incorrect shipping address or used non-English characters, please contact us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

We will make every effort to update your shipping address before the order ships. If the order has already shipped, please respond to our message when tracking shows it is being returned to the sender. Upon receipt, we will reship your order. Please note that you will need to cover any additional shipping fees.

If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help. Please email us at support@essentialhoodie.store with the following details: photos of the damaged item, a brief description of the damage, and your order number. We will get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

First, please thoroughly check the package and all packing materials. Items might still be in the box, or they could have been shipped separately with different tracking numbers.

If you’ve confirmed that an item is missing, please contact us. Email photos of the shipping label, the box with the items received, a brief description of the situation, and your order number to support@essentialhoodie.store. We’ll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.

Please note: You must report missing items within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.

We do not store your credit card information on our website. For all online transactions, we use Flutterwave Payments, a reputable and secure payment processor.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the US. For domestic USA orders, we provide complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD, with delivery typically within 2-5 business days. We partner with top carriers like DHL and USPS to ensure reliable service.

For international customers, we offer Standard International Shipping, with rates calculated in real time at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that import or customs fees may apply. We’re continuously working to improve our international shipping rates, and expedited options will be available soon.

We ship worldwide. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping to certain countries has been temporarily suspended. We review this list weekly and will resume shipping to affected countries as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personal care items (such as soaps, cosmetics, and face masks), intimate or sanitary goods (such as condoms), hazardous materials, and digital goods. For more details, you can read our full return policy here.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@essentialhoodie.store. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Our team will assist you with the return process.

If you need to exchange a product, please email us at support@essentialhoodie.store with your request. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

After receiving our confirmation email, please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
